Membership FAQ.
Your monthly payment becomes credit toward services. Unused credits roll forward as long as your membership is active. If you cancel, you have 90 days to use any remaining balance.
Six months for both banks. After that, you can pause or cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. Hormone Wellness is month to month with no minimum.
Yes. You can upgrade from the Tox Bank to the Gilded Bank anytime and your existing balance carries over. Downgrades are allowed after your minimum.
Existing members are grandfathered on their current pricing and structure. The new banks apply to new enrollments only, so you keep what you signed up for. If you'd like to switch, we can move you over at your next renewal.
Membership credits are non-transferable, but we offer gift cards in any amount that anyone can use.
