Heather and Jill first met as flight care nurses, working in high-pressure environments where trust, precision, and compassion are essential. That shared approach to patient-centered care became the foundation of their friendship, and later, Gilded.
A dream and a turning point.
Heather always knew she wanted to build something of her own in aesthetics. After the loss of her mother in 2024, she felt a clear, gentle nudge to bring that dream to life. Jill joined soon after, and as a woman approaching 50, she's especially passionate about helping women feel seen, confident, and visible. Today Gilded is rooted in women's health and aesthetics, while welcoming anyone who wants to feel at home in their own skin.
It's okay to want to improve your skin. You can love yourself and still want to make a change, but people deserve honest guidance, education, safe practices, and providers who truly care.
Our approach is shaped by lived experience, including a time when Heather sought treatment and instead experienced harm from a provider who didn't prioritize clinical integrity. That changed how she practices today. At Gilded, education, safety, and transparency are the pillars of care, not trends or quick fixes. Every decision is guided by medical professionalism, whole-person assessment, and a commitment to natural, balanced results. While their focus is rooted in women's health, Heather and Jill believe confidence and self-care belong to everyone, and Gilded is a space where men are equally welcome.
The name is inspired by the Gilded Age, a time of transformation and resilience when women began stepping more fully into their own power. To be gilded is to be touched with gold: refined and brought forward rather than hidden. It's a reminder that confidence and self-care belong to everyone, and that we're meant to evolve through every stage of life.

Hi, I’m Jill! With over 20 years in nursing — including emergency, flight, and forensic care — I’ve seen how deeply health and confidence impact every part of life. That’s the heart of what I do at Gilded Aesthetics. My personal journey with weight and wellness gives me real empathy for the challenges many of us face. I combine that with clinical expertise to offer honest, supportive care tailored to your goals. At Gilded, I focus on evidence-based treatments like injectables, medical weight loss, microneedling, hair restoration, and regenerative therapies that help you look and feel your best — naturally. I’ve trained extensively in advanced aesthetic medicine, including facial harmonization in Mexico City, biostimulators like Sculptra and Radiesse, and regenerative modalities like PRF, peptides, and scalp restoration. Ongoing anatomy labs and hands-on education keep my techniques safe, precise, and effective. Whether we’re treating skin, hair, or overall wellness, my goal is simple: to help you feel strong, confident, and beautifully you.

I’m a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience in flight, emergency, ICU, and pulmonary medicine, and now I get to blend that clinical background with my passion for aesthetics and wellness at Gilded Aesthetics. My own journey through skin issues and postpartum weight gain gave me a deeper understanding of how much our confidence can shift with life changes. After experiencing a cosmetic injury firsthand, I became dedicated to doing things differently — with a focus on safety, natural results, and education that empowers. I’ve trained extensively in advanced aesthetic medicine, including facial harmonization, biostimulators like Sculptra, and hands-on mentorship with some of the best in the field. I’ve also completed specialized education in hormone health, metabolism, and integrative wellness, which allows me to safely and effectively guide patients through Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT) and medical weight loss programs. My pulmonary and critical care background gives me an extra layer of insight into cardiometabolic health, lab interpretation, and complex physiology — all of which are essential when prescribing and monitoring therapies like GLP-1s or hormone replacement. At Gilded, I specialize in injectables, microneedling, Sculptra, medical-grade skincare, hormone replacement therapy, and GLP-1 weight loss support. I stay committed to continuing education so that every treatment is thoughtful, precise, and patient-centered.
